“I had a wonderful experience the other day, with the long lines that are happening due to only the drive through open it took a while for me to pick up my mobile order but I was so very happy when the barista who took my order (unfortunately I could not get his name) he offered to remake my drinks since they had been sitting for a while. So I’m giving five stars for that wonderful customer service and I wish I could’ve gotten his name to get the recognition he deserves for that.”
