“Great place to purchase car. Nurlan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is modern w comfortable waiting areas for finance. Even a play room for my daughter. Overall, I feel like we got a great deal and we were in and out in a timely matter. The sales manager was transparent and didn’t go back and forth with negotiating. He gave us the best price up front and was able to beat another quote from another dealer by almost $1000. Financing was great as well... they were able to match my credit union rate so that I did not have to come back with a check from my bank. Thanks again Arlington Toyota!!! And happy Holidays!!!”

“The process was exceptional. Paperless contract and receipt. The people at the Arlington Heights were very pleasant and efficient (even though it was 10 minutes before closing). The car was clean and ready to go. As with Enterprise, I am always a little apprehensive about returning with the same amount of gas. This time I took a picture of the dashboard before leaving the lot. That freed my mind knowing I could get it back to the proper level on return. Overall a great experience.”

“What a wonderful experience my engine went out in my car had to get a rental I rented a vehicle for 2 months, didn't wanted to give that money but had no other choice it wasn't that bad but what made it better was that location homewood the office was fantastic the staff was wonderful. “This place was OUTSTANDING! Great customer service. The manager was very accommodating! Let me explain. I rented a mini van for our summer vacation to Florida. Upon receiving the vehicle, I noticed a small chip at the top of the windshield. Fast forward 7 days later...the Florida heat had extended the crack completely across the entire windshield. Prepared to pay out of pocket, the manager simply stated...”no worries we’ll take care of the cost to replace the windshield.” Now that’s customer satisfaction at its best!”
