“Once again Steve at Untamed Auto was able to help me out and fix my truck. A little back story I bought my 2010 Ford F-150 used and the dealership gave me an aftermarket warranty. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle my transmission started slamming and bucking. I took it to Steve and he was able to diagnose that I needed a new transmission. I used to think saying "trustworthy mechanic" was an oxymoron, but then I met Sam who came as a recommendation from friends, after my 6 day old truck, died on me. He came out late evening to meet me when my I got it towed there; he knew instantly what the solution would be, and handled it all the day before Thanksgiving. Above and beyond service and what a pleasure it was to have the company of his friend Bob as I waited.
