“I have always had a great experience with Hearing Life and the Staff is exceptional. I must admit I am a little disappointed due to a current situation. I misplaced/lost one of my hearing aids. After. I couldn't find it I called and ordered a replacement. Thankfully, I was still under warranty. Well, I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and after they did some checking was told my aid was delivered but they did not get it. So, they reordered it. I have yet to receive my aid and it's been a while. I found my aid and called and wanted to cancel but was advised that it was non refundable and that I should just keep it as an extra one. Well, I feel since I have waited so long and I know it's not their fault it was delivered, but they didn't receive it, I just think exceptions should be made and a gesture of good would be to refund my money. That's why I didn't give five stars. Customer Service is everything.”

“Came into ER once with family member on our own. Family member is a senior with several health issues. Waited in the ER for hours and ended up going home without seeing the doctor. Came in again twice with same family member in ambulance. The staff was attentive, but we were there over 12 hours before we got a room. The last time was by ambulance and it was only a few hours before getting a room. Once she was admitted the staff was very friendly and attentive. I guess it's the ER staff that needs an overhaul!”

I don’t understand some of these negative reviews but I do believe they may be with either a different physician or they’re not telling the whole story. This doctor has some of the best bedside manners and I know because I’ve been in and out of the hospital more times than I have fingers and toes together over recent years and he has been one of the best!
