“I decided to change my primary and found Dr. Blachut online by searching for drs close to home w credentials and such and I called the office and I couldn’t be happier. I called to make the appointment and the women was very helpful and said I could print the forms in advance or get there early. Received a reminder call (I love that). Day of appt- front desk, very organized and friendly staff. I had to fill out a few more papers and just maybe a 10 minute wait and I went in. Nurse , again very nice, took weight, height and went to room to get some general stuff done and within 5 minutes Dr. Blachut was there. Very thorough and asks questions and at the end of exam asks you if you have any questions. I was extremely happy with my “ luck” or whatever to choose Dr. Blachut and this office. 12/1/2019 UPDATE- So I have had to have refills and paperwork filled out. BOTH were not a problem!! . I know my last Primary was not a great match but they have got it together at this office. SO happy that I made the change!”

“Great experience! Everyone is great! Mark listens to the patient’s problems and he understands the lab results and gives the correct guidance to rectify if something is off in the blood work. Its never a cookie cutter approach! Not everyone is put on the same dose. I was put on 100mg/wk and Mark explained that the progress would be gradual. I have seen so many improvements. I used to have back pain after walking an hr or so. Its considerably reduced now. I injured my knee and couldnt do lower body exercise or even elliptical. Now I can leg curls with low wt and elliptical too. When I went to Elevate my LH was above 13.2, free test was 7 estradiol abysmal. For 12 yrs the traditional doctors have made me suffer. Some would just order total testosterone test. One gave me clomid for a month when my estradiol was 8 free T was 8 and total was 350. I have depression, anxiety panic attacks. I was put on zoloft right after I started trt. But as my body started to get used to it I have been able to reduce the dosage of zoloft by 25 mg. My goal is to get off these medication. My body composition is changing even without using creatine. I know I am under good care and I will recommend Elevate to anyone who is looking to feel good about life again. Thanks Mark and Gil!”
