“My boyfriend is a big fan of Menards so he got me into it and prefers it to Home Depot. I quite liked this location. I am the plant "mom" at work -I've beautified my workplace with so many plants. I need to have a little nature when I'm trapped in a building all day. I went to Menards to buy some new pots and I was really pleased with the selection. They had pretty pots for all kinds of decor / tastes. I found some really nice stuff! I would visit this location again based on my experience. I really liked the big selection! Special shout out to the outdoor plants section - crazy selection! We did our preliminary look and plan to buy a bunch to create a backyard jungle escape. Great selection of many beautiful flowers, little trees and overall greenery!”

“Great neighborhood hardware store. I always find EXACTLY what I need. The employees are extremely helpful and patient. (A lot of times I do not know the proper names or the tools but they listen to what I need it for and they are always able to assist me.) It does not have the selection that you will find in the big box stores but I don't mind. They have enough to choose from and I do not have to walk two football fields in order to find nails, make keys, or buy paint. I will return.”

“I want to recognize Marlon and Armando for the EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING Customer service that I received from them today! I went to JC Licht to purchase paint for my kitchen cabinet. I was having a hard time picking colors. Marlon greeted me and was hands on to provide guidance and direction. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I bought the paint home and realized that my colors were off, therefore, drove back to the store to see if he could darken it...but, I spilled the paint all over the floor and myself as I walked in to the store! Aww!!!! Armando immediately rushed in and gave me towels to wipe myself and showed me the bathroom to cleanup while he cleaned up the mess that I made. Anybody would be irritated by my error, but, instead, he was very reassuring and nice about it. He didn't make a fuss nor had an attitude. He told me that mistakes happen and am glad that i'm ok. In the meantime, Marlon told me that he would re-make my paint. WOW! I was blown away by their behavior and gestures! You would think that if somebody made a paint mess and then wanting to change the paint color, the employees would be irate, but, instead, they were so classy about the whole thing. I was truly impressed with how they handled this messy situation. I have total RESPECT for Marlon and Armando as individuals. Their attitude and behavior are something that all employees should modeled after. I highly recommend JC Licht store in Schaumburg to everybody as not only do they sell excellent Benjamin Moore paint, they also provide Excellent and Quality Customer Service! I praise them for their professionalism and treatment of customers! PS: i went home happily with my new set of paints and now my kitchen looks like a million bucks!”

“We always assumed paint stores were more expensive than Lowe's, Menards, or Home Depot, so it took us awhile to venture into this store. What a wonderful surprise in a plaza we already shop at all the time. Not only do they have a stupendous selection of painting supplies, we found an abundant selection of wood fillers. They sell brands I never heard of...but will definitely try, since Elmer's Wood Fill doesn't cut it! Benjamin Moore paints are high quality and they offer every possible finish you could want. The only downside is only two people work the counter, so you might have to wait a few minutes to be served.”
