The Concierge service - and John Baron in particular have been in touch every step of the way since my first frantic call for help figuring out the logistics of this move. It has been incredible. My sons' cross-country move to Chicago was handled on that end by the Midway location and GM Elliott who personally handled the delivery of their 8 footer to 2 different apartments in Lincoln Park.
