When I told Frankie (colorist) what I wanted to do in terms of color and style, he was already aware of that style and what color would work best so I didn't have to explain too much or show that many photos (which made me feel more at ease). Usually when I get my hair done, I don't talk too much but Frankie was very nice and we had a great convo! I definitely had a lot of questions since it's been awhile since I've had color and Frankie answered them all. Julie (hairstylist) provided a lot of good advice and suggestions, which I'm not use to and really listened to what I was saying. With other hairstylists I've gone to, I'll tell them what I'm thinking and they'll just do that (no advice or suggestions). When I came in, I wanted to try out bangs (but wasn't sure what style bang exactly) and with Julie's guidance, she advised on what bangs would look best for me.”
