New, clean, nice staff. It has a pool, weight room, track and basketball/volleyball courts

Great facility. The staff is incredibly responsive to emails and voicemails. We had our son's birthday party here and the room was plenty accommodating for any of our needs.

My wife and I joined yesterday, and went this morning for our first work out there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very clean. There is plenty of high quality cardio and weight training equipment in the work out area, and a great walk/jog/run track above the basketball courts. In nice weather, it will be very convenient to walk or run outside to the park. We are very happy that we joined, and are looking forward to using the facilities on a very regular basis.

I'm at the sycamore park center several times a week using the walking trail. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Best place to walk on in a controlled environment.
