I had 4 different landlords while in living in DeKalb. CHG was the better of the 4. The others "nickel and dimed" me. With CHG, they were fair.
We have some issues when we moved in my girls.
Mgmt seems to be accomidating and want to make things right. We will see if they pull through for our inconviences.
Update: My husband & I have been very pleased dealing with Brad. We must say he has (personally) went above & beyond correcting our issue. He has no idea how much we appreciated everything he has done for us. Thank you so much!
