The grounds are nice. Used to be very nice 14 years ago. But trees die.
So why my 4 stars? Every morning in MY building (130) I pass the door to where we dump our garbage bags. Every day for many months I pass the door and it is literally over flown with garbage bags on the floor. I invite friends over and what do they see?!? GARBAGE BAGS all over the hallway at the garbage door!!! It smells. It's DISGUSTING! I have had fellow 1st floor neighbors asking me to join... something... to stop this.
