(October 2, 2021, 4:27 pm)Realized my kids' passports would expire prior to Spring Break. Govt website said it could take months to get new ones. In a panic, called multiple places to get an appt and nothing except Itasca library had openings we could get to outside of weekday hours, but at Itasca library, got an appt next day, conveniently on a Saturday. Had all papers/pictures/checks in order and the librarian processed us very quickly. I was so relieved. Had it processed on Sept 4th and received passports from Govt in mail on Oct 2nd. Thank you Itasca library for the Saturday availability and the great experience - much appreciated!
