(November 16, 2018, 2:38 pm)They have always been very helpful. They are happy to find shoes at other stores and will ship them to the Wood Dale store, or to home. Jodi, the store manager, was particularly helpful. She did an exchange for me and was polite and friendly, even though it resulted in extra work for her. They have low prices, especially during sales.

I called to see if they had something in stock - the clerk quickly pulled the shoes and held them for me. When I arrived the shoes weren't what I was expecting, the store clerk quickly helped me find something similar. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes.
