We almost didn't choose J&R because, well, they weren't as expensive as the other quotes I received and sometimes I worry that you get what you pay for. WOW! Was I wrong, thank God we went with J&R. The price was great. The presale help was amazing. We had some challenges finding just the right slabs but Jogly was with us all the way. Once the order was scheduled everything was on time throughout the project. The counters look amazing. The workmanship was top notch. The seams and waterfalls are perfect. “Superior Customer service. Called due to inoperable fan on a hot Friday afternoon and spoke with Daryl. Daryl undertook the urgency situation and within moments later I received a call from Jason. Jason was straight forward before the service call and stated that he would be available within a certain time. That's a pro pros.Jason sounded very capable. Will post the final comment after service call. Update: Jason was efficient, and relayed the issue in simple language terms. He assessed the problem from a problem of elimination stand point and went straight to work. In the end he provided positive feedback and charged a fair price for his labor, time and service. Through it all he was courteous and carried himself in a professional manner. In the future if I need service I will call them back. First time poster. Have to give credit where credit is due. Life is better being comfortably cool; not sweaty and sticky.”
