“I was a client looking to buy my first car and after doing my research on the model, makes, prices, miles, dealerships, and all else I finally zoned in on a nice salsa red Beetle they had for sale. As first car purchase experiences go, I was a little nervous and prepared for being oversold or the dealer not being honest with any problems or details we might know about it but that was not the case at all! All staff went above and beyond to ensure I and the person I went with knew every detail of the Beetle we were looking at down from the work they've done to it and the cost to maintain it. Very accommodating too as I've forgotten to make an appointment to come in but they let us in without one anyways. Even down to the day to pick up the car they stayed an hour past closing as we were running late and did so with a smile and any other questions we had answered. The car itself was very clean, well kept and at a fair price; a surprise to me considering how beetles with higher mileage at a certain price often are in rougher shape. The only fix needed was it's headlights which they replaced within days of interest and was able to pick it up not three days later. It's been about a month since purchase and there has been no problems at all with my little salsa red beetle! Im very happy with my overall experience and I'd recommend anyone buying their first car or otherwise to definitely consider Chicago Motors Direct! : )”

“What a wonderful company! Referred by a friend Andy came to my house to give me an estimate on my ducts and soiled carpet. My air ducts had not been cleaned in many years so the dust and even black mold were evident upon inspection. Not only was the price fair but what an outstanding job he did and he supplied an industrial fan to ensure the carpet dried thoroughly. The carpet came out beautifull and the house smells fresh and clean. The air conditioning even seems to work better. I would recommend Andy to everyone I know. What a great experience.
