Thank you for you the wonderful customer support! I purchased their helmets through Wal-mart. But now knowing how attentive they are I will go directly to their website next time.
(August 5, 2020, 9:59 am)Ordered a helmet online. Helmet was too small and I went by the sizing chart. Emailed them and they sent me different pads. Perfect fit now. Good experience. Yes, they are cheap helmets. If you want a $300 helmet go somewhere else. If you are the occasional rider like me, and need a good helmet without breaking the bank, look no further and buy 1Storm!
