I initially worked with Noah who was extremely helpful and very passionate, not to mention unbelievably knowledgeable about all of the products they carry. Everyone was very kind and easy to deal with and Steve was very friendly when I spoke to him over the phone. Steve was kind enough to give me a discount and really made me feel valued as a customer.
I would highly recommend doing business with this drum shop and look forward to visiting their New York location in person soon.
