(January 16, 2019, 12:05 am)I'm in my 2nd year living here and have been generally happy with the experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and quick to fix issues. There were some problems with a management changeover initially but that's no longer the case. Love my location on the property and ownership has not been afraid to spend money on improvements. A new dog park, buildings painted inside and out, new pool furniture, gym renovation, parking lot resurfacing, and a new package handling system is on the way. Great job!

(December 27, 2018, 6:40 pm)I love it here! Ive been here for 15 years now and with the exception of the old property management I can honestly say that I never had any major problems. The staff is extremely patient, understanding and thoughtful. Any concern and that is a rarity it was addressed immediately with complete empathy and understanding. The dwelling itself is very clean never had any major concerns of any kind of bugs or anything out of the ordinary. I honestly dont have a desire to ever live in a house so i feel that renting here is an investment for me! I feel as though this is better then a house and the apartment I am in is just amazing!
