ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing

I had my tankless water heater repaired and cleaned after a contractor installed it incorrectly (Greens-Evan Management) and refused to correct after I made him (Charles Green) aware. Clayton was the technician and he was on time, personable and very informative. Very pleased with the work and will use again soon to have a descaler put on. Very pleased!

We recently used ARS and we had Terry as our service Tech. In our humble opinion he is the best plumber ever. He knows his job…he does his job.. he is courteous and respectful of us and an our home. He has in the past spent hours working in a dirty small crawl space repairing an old drainage pipe. And I repeat…he is the best.

Our water softener system needed the drain hose replacement after a major water leak and also needed system reprogramming. Clayton was very knowledgeable and competent. He took all the time necessary to test the water and explain everything he did. I appreciated his patience after an extended period of no softener service.

The company was able to schedule same day service with a technician. Carlos came to the rescue today. He accessed driveway cleanout. Efficient and effective. He put the snake in 3x to make sure the line was unblocked throughout. He was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing with enthusiasm. I can tell he has a passion for his job. Great guy. I plan to schedule an annual cleaning with the company to keep my lines clear.
