5 STARS DOES NOT DO THIS DEALER JUSTICE!!! With the experience I had while at Friendly Ford I wish I could give them 10 stars. Friendly Ford was hands down the best experienc I have ever had at a dealership, it is the only place I will take my vehicle for any of my automotive needs. I made the mistake of trying multiple other dealers who all were unable to fix the issues I had with my vehicle. I would like to personally thank the service manager Mike Yockey for spending the time to listen to the issues and symptoms my vehicle was having. Mike was able to diagnose and repair my vehicle the first time with a surgical like accuracy. The young man has his PhD in automotive repair and it showes. There name says it all, some of the nicest people I have met. Again I could not be more pleased with my experience and will never make the mistake of going anywhere else again! Bravo to one of the best dealers out there.

This place is amazing to get your car serviced. Kathie is amazing especially if you have a warranty from a different dealership she makes sure everything is good and covered and keeps you informed of the status of your car. Kathie goes above and beyond for her customers and it has been a breeze to get my car serviced here! Highly recommend coming here!

My initial review of this place was poor, to say the least. I've been bringing my vehicles here since 2009 and had received poor service in the last 6 months or so. Well, Dan at Friendly Ford reached out to me after my review was posted and offered to make things right. My husband brought his car back here to have his 12V power outlets and radio (My Ford Touch) looked at again as well as an oil change and tire rotation. He was greeted nicely and treated well upon arriving. When they realized it would take a couple days to receive a part to repair his radio, Friendly Ford arranged a complimentary rental vehicle to use while his car remained in their shop. We brought the car in on Friday and picked it up the following Monday. All is working as expected and our service adviser JR was very helpful. Dan even followed up with me to make sure we were happy. We feel satisfied with the service received this time around and I will continue bringing my vehicle into this dealership as this is the service I have come to know and appreciate over the years. Thank you!

Have been doing business with Friendly Ford since they took over the dealership. The biggest thing for me has been the consistency of the service and the attention to detail that they take. Have purchased several vehicles from them and they have all been serviced there. They have always taken the time to answer my questions and make sure that I have the information I need to make the best decision for me. They are simply one of the best businesses I have dealt with.
