Bobby’s dedication to the customer and his easygoing but professional attitude made buying a car from him a painless purchase. I was looking for reliable transportation for my daughter and was not having any luck with any of the cars or dealers that we visited. However, after stopping to take a break from our car searching last Saturday, we ran across 5k autos LLC. Honestly, what made me call him was the number of positive 5 star reviews that he had. I gave Bobby a call, and although he had already sold the car that my daughter and I were interested in, once I told him what we were looking for, he called me back a few minutes later to tell me what he had. Although it was 2:30 in the afternoon, he said we were more than welcome to come over and take a look at the cars. He greeted us warmly and had both of the cars available and waiting for us to test drive by ourselves. We probably drove each of the vehicles a good half hour until we (my daughter) decided on the 2005 Honda Accord. The car was in great condition, and Bobby told us what he had done to it before he offered it for sale. What I was really impressed with was that Bobby had the CARFAX and AutoCheck reports waiting for us when we arrived. This was a nice change from some of the other dealers that didn’t really want to share a car’s history. Doing the paperwork took no more than about 30 minutes. If you’re looking for a smaller dealer who really cares about the customer and makes the buying experience as painless as possible, I highly recommend 5k Autos. My niece from North Carolina was looking for a car. We found a 2006 zephyr with low mileage with some cosmetic things took to be expected for the age of the vehicle. The car drives like a dream all the way around the car was as expected . Price point was phenomenal for the deal we got. He probably could have got another thousand to $1,500 with the work that he did to the vehicle after we were talking and already purchased the car day we picked up there was a surprise an additional $200+ of work done to it because he didn't like the way something felt while driving the car before I got there. The guys very detailed in what he does.
made this very easy transaction to happen for out of state purchase without the extra hoops like other dealerships wanted us to do.

Just bought another car from Bobby! This is now #4 and all are running great. My daughter has an accord that now has over 180K, 2nd daughter bought a fusion with only about 60K when we got it and running great! I just bought a 07 Ford Fusion and it runs smooth and great! I refer all my friends with kids to Bobby! The only car I bought that is not currently running was totalled in an accident(Everyone was safe though!)He continues to be the most honest and trustworthy car salesman I have ever met!!!!! I had looked at several large dealerships, but they were overpriced and in poor condition. I called Bobby at 5K Autos and he was helpful and easy to work with. Bobby is an encyclopedia of helpful car info. He gives you suggestions that help you care for your purchase and to save you money.
He took me for a test drive and he answered all of my questions. He made me a fair offer for my trade. Making the deal and getting the paperwork done only took one hour. There is no pressure. As a customer you simply wish that you had found Bobby and 5K Autos much sooner in life. He cares about his customers and about their experiences. This is a much different than many dealerships. I also discovered that 5K's extended warranties were less expensive than the big dealerships. I was treated well and I am happy to recommend Bobby to customers that insist on being shown respect and that want excellent results.

Bobby sold me a 2006 Hyundai Elantra with really low miles at an excellent price. The first thing he showed us was the Car Fax history report on the car and we went through it in detail. Try getting a Car Fax from someone of Craigslist. The car was for my daughter so she and I took it for a nice long test drive around Roselle and really looked the car over. Everything looked good, mechanicals all worked, and the car drove very smoothly, sounded good, and had a lot of zip, so we came back and got the paperwork started which went very quickly. What I appreciated the most was the huge amount of great advice Bobby gave us on taking care of the car and how to save money on insurance, etc. All kinds of inside stuff. I walked out feeling like I had just received a Phd in the car sales and maintenance business. My daughter is thrilled and so am I. I Highly recommend Bobby's dealership.
