Dr Chao really takes his time with each patient. He is thoughtful & kind in his approach. Yes, this takes time & you might need to wait, too... But in my opinion it is worth the wait to see a doctor that truly cares.
As a new patient of Dr. Chao's, I am thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided to each of his patients. While the waiting times may be a little extended, the quality of service more than makes up for it. He is easy to talk to, makes me feel completely at ease, and I leave my appointments feeling empowered (something that has never happened at a doctor's office before!). He truly takes the time to answer any and all questions I have. I would highly recommend Dr. Chao and his office staff.
