I can not thank enough both the female and male officer who responded to my 911 call today because my car door accidentally locked with my dog and the keys inside my car. They responded quickly, went out of their way to unlock my car doors, they were reassuring and made sure there was no damage to my car.

My thanks to Sgt. Michael Lorek who did a wellness check on my mother at my behest from California. He called the Fire Department to break down the door so she could be transported to the hospital. He checked the garage for her car, and got the contact number for the Condo Management Company for me. He had my mother's place secured after the entrance, leaving an officer on site until the board-up company finished. This is the kind of humanitarian work that police departments do that goes unnoticed. Sgt. Lorek is a stand-up guy, and I thank him.
