  Jennifer Pyle at the Downers Grove store is Phenomenal!! Professional, personable, knowledgeable, courteous, absolutely key in helping us navigate the options for all of the rooms undergoing renovation, from initial selection all the way through install. Orders were correct and efficient, and the install crew was Amazing - the stairs install was On Point!
  
  My extended review is on Yelp, but Bottom Line:
  
  - If you are in need of flooring, and don't have tons of time to spend running around to multiple stores, listening to loads of high pressure sales tactics......
  
  - When you want to go to One Place; Get it Done; and Get it Done Right......
  
  - Go to Jennifer Pyle at Olson Rug in Downers Grove.
  
  Just Go.

  If you need flooring, go right to Olson Rug Downers Grove and see Jennifer. We needed over 1300 sq ft of flooring products in my Mom's house and she was a huge help to get the carpet and vinyl we needed within our budget constraints.
  
  Jennifer knows what colors work for all kinds of applications...even a house built in 1975! The place looks clean, fresh and updated with the new flooring!
  
  She is a fantastic person to work with and a great asset to the Olson Rug Team.
  
  The vinyl installers were scheduled to take 2 days but stayed late to get everything done in a single day...that's dedication! The carpet installers were careful not to mark up any of the freshly painted walls, and did a great job as well.
  
  We will be calling Jennifer and the Olson Rug Team when we are ready for new flooring in our own house. Well done Olson!

  I worked with Andy and Jennifer to purchase 3 area rugs for our school library. They were amazing! Jennifer even came out to our school to offer suggestions and design ideas. Andy gave us a great discount in order to support our school with students friendly reading areas. Rugs are gorgeous! Highly recommend Olson’s for their professionalism and quality - wonderful to deal with!

  Went to Olson Rugs Downers Grove and had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Pyle. She listened to the project we were working on and came up with solutions for the carpeting that was well within our budget. Her bright and cheerful personality shined through even though we had a ton of questions. She helped us work through them and even though we we ended up coming back after the first session, she made sure we felt we had made the right choices. I would highly recommend that if you decide to shop at Olson Rug make a trip to the Downers Grove store and ask for Jennifer.
