I have been in therapy before and I have had a couple of bad experiences with counselors before finding Erik. He is much more professional than some, but at the same time very personable and caring. He has really good insights to help you understand yourself much better.

One of the things I really liked is his ability to remember everything you say, and then tie it altogether in a way that makes sense. I learned a lot about myself in the process that I know will continue to help me moving forward.
