I arrived at the autozone & simply just asked for the help on testing my battery and after seeing the response on the testing it told us right away the battery was no good, I was able to make my decision on what was wrong with my vehicle of course, so right away Jack helped me, he also helped me install the battery...thank you so much

Went above and beyond to help me out and even put my windshield wipers on. Checked my wiper fluid and even filled it up. Very nice gentleman, wish I'd got his name. Went to El Reno, great location. I'll be back.
