(December 18, 2016, 5:03 pm)I can't express my gratitude towards Dr. Biswas. I had an unfortunate accident and I broke up my arm and shattered my elbow pretty badly. I needed a complex surgery and from the very first appointment Dr. Biswas completely impressed my husband and I with his honesty, sense of concern, and professionalism. I was so lucky to have such a great surgeon. Post operation Dr. Biswas said I could call the office or email with any questions and concerns. I did email a couple times and Dr. Biswas promptly answered my concerns. After a couple weekend email correspondences he took time out of his day on Sunday to call me to discuss a follow plan to address my concerns. He has such a great bedside professionalism.
