After being scammed out of 1200 dollars from a very popular NYC jewelry store, I went back and starting reading all the reviews for the NYC store. They were pretty scary. Terrible customer service. Selling low quality items. And many more horrible reviews. In one of the reviews someone mentioned to go to Andaaz jewelry. I looked them up and thats how I found Andaaz. I was skeptical ordering more jewelry online ,but I figured I would give it a try. I picked out a beautiful 22k Italian block chain 22inches. When I gave Andaaz a call I spoke with Sunny. Sunny graciously walked me through the process. Everything went smooth as butter. He answered all my questions and put my skeptical mind at ease. This time around I used the Affirm financing and again everything went amazingly well. Total time it took was maybe about 10 minutes and my chain was ordered and financing was approved. To top it off I placed the order on Wednesday and my chain arrived Friday. I was also able to take advantage of a 5% discount they were offering. Sunny handled everything like a pro. My necklace is beautiful and I have no complaints. I'll definitely be ordering more items from Andaaz in the future. Highly recommend!
