(August 6, 2021, 5:30 pm)Jimmy Milano performed admirably as a customer service representative. He kept me updated and showed initiative in getting my car the repairs it needed. It was the mechanics though who showed professionalism and initiative to track a part down from their sister service shop to get my car road ready when part shipments were delayed.
This Tesla branch is a great example for all other Tesla service centers and service centers in general! -
