He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and secure with the move and financial transaction - definitely prioritized customer satisfaction in his service. He offered me a great moving deal, and allowed me to manage the move remotely. He picked up my belongings from a storage company and delivered them to the inside of my apartment while I was away. I entrusted him with the keys to the apartment, and he delivered my belongings securely. Definitely a person of integrity, and trustworthy. Excellent service and fantastic customer interaction - I will definitely seek his service again, and will highly recommend him to family and friends!
(June 18, 2018, 7:38 pm)Phil at Pakmail was fabulous! I was in a difficult situation and trying to move items from IL to CA. Lots of logistics but Phil made sure everything went smoothly. Very nice guy - he even came to the house to IL to provide insight. I would highly recommend Phil if ur ever in the need to move anything! :). Thanks Phil!!
