(December 6, 2018, 2:17 pm)Great place to go they approached me with respect and greeted me in English the reason I'm saying this it's because I'm Hispanic and many T-Mobile stores i've visited The representatives approached me greeting me in Spanish just because the color of my skin and my face completion Thinking that I'M A IGNORANT NON ENGLISH SPEAKING HISPANIC AND THAT HURTS!! I FEEL IT'S VERY OFFENSIVE But this T-Mobile store it's different although it's far away from me i'll keep going There I'm even thinking to purchase a small tablet THANK YOU SO MUCH For being so Courteous 10+ is my rating

(October 26, 2018, 12:00 pm)It all depends on who helps you!! Jesus answered all my questions as I went through an important tutorial of my own to make sure my pictures would be backed up on Google for my children. He was highly knowledgeable. Lucky me! Test him????
(August 13, 2018, 10:47 am)Although I am disappointed with tmobile as a loyal long time customer, this location gave me the best customer service. Jesus was wonderful, showing us lots of options and giving advice on what to do to get the best deal and save money. He could only work around what Tmobile offers, but still it was great!:)
(February 6, 2018, 9:20 am)I used to work here for about a year. A lot of Lithuanians come here but other Europeans do, too. Personally, before I started working for T-Mobile, I used to hate every moment I had to deal with them. I understand now that people, myself included, are very sensitive when it comes to their ability to connect with the world. So if you come in there yelling, understand that you’re just testy and the staff are doing their best to help you. And they can’t help it if there’s a long wait. That’s completely out of their control, as they cannot predict foot traffic. Some things are out of their control, but everyone there will do the most to make you happy. If he still works there, my go to employee is Steve. He’s awesome. Everyone is usually pretty knowledgeable about what’s going on in the company as well as the devices. They have to go through educational trainings all the time, so allow them to be the experts and just be patient. Oh, and learn how to back up your data.

(630) 920-0632 I hate to give anything less than 5 stars, but my wife and I switched from ATT to TMobile 1 year ago, and my rating reflects the cell tower coverage, it is absolutely awful. I travel to Elmhurst, downtown Chicago, and occasionally Bourbonnais and average at least 1 dropped call a day.
