He really was able to help coach me through things I would and wouldn't wish I had.. he went as far as making sure I had an easily accessible step stool built in so I could reach the tallest shelves... he redesigned the garbage can so it had greater capacity than I initially indicated and boy do I appreciate that now... he suggested added lighting that really is a dream.. he suggested drawers over cabinets in an area for the pots that I LOVE... outlet placement, color ideas, etc... He did it all! And then when the cabinets arrived (exactly on time mind you, no delays what so ever) they were stellar, made our room... and the functionality of our kitchen is outstanding. “Dr. Song is a wonderful dentist who is very kind, gentle, honest, and skilled. He is passionate about what he does and genuine in the way he cares for his patients. He will only recommend treatment that is in the best interest of his patients and explains treatment in a very thorough way. His staff are all very warm and caring as well. In the past I’ve dreaded cleanings since they tend to be a bit rough on my gums but the cleaning I received was very gentle and yet thorough at the same time. I've only been to a few of their many classes offered - got a good workout while having fun. Still want to check out more from their offerings. Plus, place is very well maintained and clean everywhere. Lastly, I like it that the General Mgr. Mark B reaches out to club's members, requests feedback on experience, and actually makes efforts on fulfilling those comments received, when reasonably possible of course. Overall a 10 for 10!
