“The battery malfunctioned on my brand new Ego lawnmower that I bought at this location. Ego support was useless. I called Ace and explained my problem and they told me to come in and see the GM. I wasn't expecting much, but the GM took 30 minutes of her time on a busy Sunday to locate a new battery. There were several roadblocks, but she didn't give up until one was located. I was so impressed with this customer service, especially in this day and age. This is definitely my go-to hardware store from now on.”

“I'm surprised to see so many harsh reviews of the pharmacy here. This is actually my favorite pharmacy of several I've tried in the area. I've moved all my scripts here since they're always quick to fill things and never have any problem repricing things with GoodRx versus my insurance based on what works out best. Also I've never had anyone here ever be anything less than polite and friendly even when they're harried and super busy. I definitely can't say the same for other pharmacies. In addition I've gotten some of the better pricing using good RX or with my insurance benefits through this location.”
