“Every time I book a vehicle at this location, I am never disappointed. They are kind, helpful, and always go above and beyond. They do call a day or two ahead of time to confirm that you are picking up the vehicle, I am assuming this is because they have a small parking lot and people don't always show up. Because of their dishonest ways of conducting business and lack of customer service, I brought my business to Budget Car Rental. I got a 4Runnner for about the same rate as the other place was giving me for a Camry. Ben and his staff were very professional and polite. I personally base my decision to come back as a customer on how well a business provides service. “Husband needed a PCR test prior to scheduled surgery (and I was tested in solidarity). It was easy to schedule on-line and complete all required paperwork. Check-in was easy - we were a little early and directed to wait in an adjacent parking lot. After a short wait we were waved in. There were 2 lines of cars about 5 each that moved along very quickly. When we got to the front the technician verified our names, asked why were there, verified where my husband's results needed to be sent and then gave us the option of either a nose swab or throat swab. We were out of there in a matter of minutes. Very impressed.”

“They might have demolished the station, I only went in there once, but I can buy tickets once inside the train. The Metra bnsf green line is like the lifeline for the village to Aurora or Chicago, whatever is inbetween, or to other lines from union station, even the subway, greyhound, or Amtrak. Comfortable, efficient, Year round service. For work, school, or for leisure. There IS Parking on both sides of the track, but its walking/ biking distance, if you don't drive a car or scooter. Also an ATM, newspaper stand, and a PACE bus stop. Bathrooms on the trains. Schedules and booking available online. If you miss one or it gets full, there will usually be another one. You can get one way tickets or a 10 ride ticket for frequent users once on the train.”
