I have edited my review to a four. After the company reached out to me there was definitely extenuating circumstances involved. Even if we don't use their company, I respect their apology.

The initial appointment was great. I wanted to work with the company because the president's personality and the information he provided during the assessment of the work to be done.

It went downhill after that. I had to keep reaching out trying to get an official quote to move forward. I told on multiple occasions that a quote was coming. That was almost 60 days ago.

I started feeling like I was begging them to give them our money.

Disappointed.

Norway Built did a beautiful job installing a new deck, siding and windows on my existing room addition and did a stunning kitchen remodel for me. Their expertise guided me to make the best choices for the project. They were able to incorporate the ideas I had for the deck. I am very pleased with the results. All the workers did a wonderful job with each aspect of the project. I highly recommend them for any project you are considering.

The owners are very caring, honest and down to earth people. They try hard to offer the most cost efficient strategy to help complete the project. We had some issues in our remodel that required thinking outside the box and they really worked hard to find creative solutions. We are truly happy with the results and will continue to work with them and have referred them to our friends and family.
