Yoga Rhythms in Lisle is simply wonderful! Margo and Peggy and all the other instructors and knowledgable and friendly. Svaroopa Yoga is a style that is very gently yet very powerful so it is great for advanced yoga students and people with no experience and those with no experience or with physical challenges. The release from mental and physical stress it provides is great. I would encourage everyone to try a class. You'll be glad you did! The studio offers a great store carrying yoga related items. There are always a variety of interesting events offered.
