  I went to see Illuminations tonight with my husband. It was a lovely experience and a nice date night. There are two routes you can walk when you enter. One is called "serene" and the other is called "interactive". Basically the lights are either static or flashing, etc. We took the interactive route, or loop, and I think it was more fun. It took us about 48 min to get thru it. Unfortunately having an 8:00 start time didn't leave us time to walk the serene loop. Dress warmly! Being out in the open is colder than you'd expect. Don't worry too much though-they have little bonfires to warm yourself and shelters that have concessions, so you are never too far from a reprieve from the weather! Its a fun and unique experience for the whole family.

  We got a Morton Arboretum every year to see illuminations. It was very nice this year, although it seemed a little smaller than previous years. This is the first time we've come and the two weeks before Christmas, as we normally go the first weekend of December. Next year I will go again the first weekend of December because it was so incredibly crowded today that it times you couldn't move on the paths. The show itself is beautiful, sync to music and Interactive.

  I visited for the illuminations tour. It was hands down the best light show I have been to at a venue. There were some interactive stations which made it very interesting an added to the fun. Upon visiting for this illuminations I realize that this is somewhere that I will have to visit when it is spring or summer. The varieties of trees were wonderful. There were trees that I have never seen before. I would highly recommend this place and it is very family oriented

  That was an amazing experience. We all enjoyed the scenes throughout our hour walk. Warmed up by fire and some hot chocolate. I highly recommend this event. It was my first and plan to go again. Absolutely gorgeous
