Our daughter trained with JT for a year and a half. Kennedy set big goals for herself and with the help of JT she met and even exceeded her goals. Kennedy was named All State in multiple sports and recently received a PWO from Rutgers. Most importantly she learned to LOVE strength training. She will definitely be back to train with JT when she is in town!

Best gym ever! I’ve been training with Abby for a year, also signed up for their nutrition program. Abby is very knowledgeable not only in the gym but also in nutrition. Love going into the gym with a workout that is programmed for me. The trainers genuinely care about your goals, with modifications if needed. My husband and son have also joined and love it as well! If you are looking for a gym with personalized attention this is the place for you-wouldn’t want to workout anywhere else!!!

JT is by far the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. He is personable, attentive, and entertaining in the gym. His training appeals to many different levels, and he adapts the program best suited for you. I started with no experience in the gym, and after three years with JT I feel my confidence in my physique and athletic ability has skyrocketed.

JT is a professional trainer who pushes me to accomplish my goals. And the Physical Culture gym has all the equipment I need. My boyfriend and I always have a good time when we're there. JT has become a great friend and we enjoy catching up with his other clients and seeing their progress! 💪
