Words cannot begin to express by gratitude for Dr. Carrie! I am a studio owner and Dr. Carrie is the first stop for my students (and teachers!) when they have injuries or growing pains. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, caring, and takes the time to assess each individual case. This individualized approach is so personal and aides in speedy and effective recovery. It is difficult to find medical professionals that understand the needs of a dancer. HIGHLY recommend her services! I would give her 6 stars if I could :)

Visiting her office gives you both top level care getting you back to action as safely and quickly as possible as well as a feel good vibe that has your spirit soaring. We are loyal patients! I have been a patient of Dr. Skony’s for over a year. She was treating my daughter for a knee injury due to dance and I was so impressed with her treatment, knowledge and demeanor that I asked if she could help me overcome some pain issues. Dr. Skony really listens to your concerns and provides treatment plans as well as lifestyle suggestions that make your road to recovery attainable. Even though I am not having any pain anymore, I continue my monthly visits as a form of self-care. I absolutely love the way I feel when I leave her office!!

Dr Skony is fantastic. I am a professional dancer, and injured my foot and back in the same year. She kept me on stage, and taught me to become a stronger and more efficient mover in the process. I have sent several of my students to her, and she has provided them with much wisdom and healing as well. She tends to approach injuries conservatively when possible, with exercises, massage, cupping, and dry needling. I highly recommend seeing Dr Skony for your dance injury needs.
