Duly Health and Care - Immediate Care Center

My review is specifically to rave about the receptionist that was in the immediate care tonight, Yvette (my husband believes that is her name). I brought my 4 year old daughter in and she was so kind and caring towards her when she was having trouble getting the urine sample they needed. Kept checking in to make sure she was doing okay and right before Yvette left for the night, she came into our room to say goodbye to my daughter and gave her a bag of cookies. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter felt comfortable and I can't praise her enough.

I’ve been going to duly since they bought dupage medical group and even before that. Great doctors great nurses. They listen.

The doctor and nurses I had were amazing. Initially we couldn't figure out the source of my abdomen and pelvic pain so the Dr did her due diligence and ran the necessary tests to ascertain the issue. I had to stay a few hrs but it was well worth it.
