“I moved in two months ago and was looking for another gym to exercise so I could cancel my membership from the previous gym I was in. The first day I came in I felt the place was welcoming and the equipment looked top notch. I told the owner I was only going to use the treadmill and he encouraged me (never forced) to use the weights and other equipment to better myself. Little by little I've been using all of the equipment and when there were any questions on how to use a machine Eric would teach me how to use it and show me alternative workouts to work myself up to using the machines properly without injuring myself. Now, whenever I have a question to ask, I can rely on Eric's honesty on any new workouts I want to implement into my day to day workouts to see if it will benefit on my goals I want to achieve ever since I joined the gym. Plus I never have to wait for the equipment, so I can Concentrate on my workouts without delay.”
