  They have a FIRE ALARM ISSUE WHICH GOES off ANYTIME. Our first experience wasn't peaceful though with a five yr old all panicked as the fire alarm went on midnight at 12.30 and again continued 3 times during the day. But the rooms were super clean, comfortable beds and pillows, gives a home feel stay and staff were good. Excellent hotel except for that fire alarm. Loved this place except for the fire alarm. Hope they fix it soon

  We had a very nice stay here. We stayed over the Christmas holiday. Great service, very nice accommodations. The breakfast and social hour in the evening are two huge perks, I love staying at Embassy Suites just for these two events. Good parking lot. There are a ton of restaurants around within walking distance, some less than 1 minute away. 2 minutes off the highway. Highly recommend for the location and quality of service.

  Our stay over Christmastime has been super comfortable. The staff is courteous, the bed cozy, and the made-to-order/continental breakfast pretty good. There are even complementary drinks during a happy hour every evening. It's been extra relaxing to be able to wake up every morning and take a swim in the quiet, heated, indoor pool. The hotel is located conveniently in the same lot as the delicious Pita Inn and only a brief drive to downtown Naperville.

  Top notch hotel. Wonderful service and atmosphere. The restaurant is delicious as is the breakfast and made to order omelets. Happy hour is quite a nice perk. Thankful they include parking at no charge. The only drawback is no hot tub for me!
