Amazing and friendly staff
I have been coming here a few years now and have gotten nothing but first rate service, I was shocked to see even one negative review. Doctor Steinmetz is friendly and professional and I've always had a good experience with the staff. I refuse to go anywhere else!
My husband and I initially saw Dr. Steinmetz back several years ago when we first encountered Steinmetz & Associates. We quickly learned his entire staff (doctors and office staff) are all extremely knowledgeable and one of the best teams we have ever experienced as a whole. The office staff go above and beyond with promptness and are great at following up.
We have been seeing Dr. Walz for a while now, and we have nothing but positive things to say about her work. She is both professional and friendly which makes our visits pleasant every single time. Dr. Walz genuinely cares for her patients' well being, and we fully trust her professional advice when it comes to our eye care.
We recommend Dr. Steinmetz & Associates to everyone and will continue doing so.
I'd like to address the first 2 negative comments which were clearly written by people who either don't understand grammar or comprehend the English language. As for Jim, I have been a customer of Dr. Steinmetz since the late 80's and have never had a problem reaching anyone in the office. Granted during lunch you may go to the general mailbox but the staff there are nothing less than courteous and helpful. I've had a long standing history with Dr. Steinmetz and have been by seen him as well as Dr. Walz find them to be very qualified doctors using state of the art equipment and surrounding themselves with a top notch staff. You can tell they are a great team because if you are a real customer you'll notice that there are almost always the same faces sitting behind their counter.
