(January 8, 2019, 9:46 am)Very honest, friendly, and great price too. I brought both of my vehicles in during the same week. I got new tires on my Durango SUV, and liked the service so much that I brought in my Mazda SUV in for a battery the same week.
I told them to rotate the tires on the 2nd vehicle, but they said I didn't need it to be done yet. I think most places would have just taken the money and done it anyway, but NTB was honest and didn't charge me for something I didn't need. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

(September 22, 2018, 7:53 pm)I had a wonderful experience at NTB. I met Rex Fenner who is the store manager. He took care of my tire which had a nail in it. He is very honest and even showed me the nail. He offered me a ride to work which was very nice. I waited for my tire to get fixed. It only took a half hour. I will go back in the future with any problems my car has because they are honest and very reasonable. I will also recommend them to my family and friends.
