Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Efficient hearing test with a clear explanation of the results. It was recommended that I schedule yearly hearing tests, which makes sense at my age. No pressure to buy hearing aids. I highly recommend them!

Dr Jeremey is so good in giving the necessary information needed to understand what the hearing aids provide and how you can get the best result from using them. He is very thorough in cleaning the aids and making sure I know he is available for emergency.

Wonderful staff that make sure my needs are taken care of concerning appointments, etc.

Jeremy was polite, informative, and professional. Definitely took his time explaining what he was doing during the test and results afterwards. Welcomed questions regarding any of the process or findings. My only concern is in relation to the business itself. I’m pretty sure I do need hearing aids but is not Beltone in the business of selling those? Does anyone ever come away being told they don’t need hearing assistance? Just my skeptical nature perhaps.

The Beltone Hearing care was a pleasant experience with the doctor explaining everything thoroughly and patiently. He is very attentive, helpful and answers all the questions. I will recommend this place wholeheartedly to anyone.

This place is amazing! Jeremy has provided excellent service and patience to my elderly Aunt. She has hearing loss due to her age and working in a factory for years. She also has special needs and is developmental delayed. So it’s so hard to distinguish is it her hearing or her disability. His kindness and expertise help her get fitted for the right hearing aids and our life’s have changed so much being able to communicate with each other is a beautiful thing!!!!
