  I've had a few repairs this year and the guys in maintenance are wonderful! When I needed things fixed I submitted my service request, asked for them to come at specific time and they came right on the dot! Thank you Nyles, Daniel and Dave...and the rest of the maintenance crew! You guys are amazing! Thanks Beth P.

  And I’ve been a resident here for a few months and I have to say I really enjoy it here my neighbors are nice. Leasing office is always nice. The maintenance guys are very helpful and very quick with responses to whatever service request that I make they always do something for our community in the winter, they keep the driveways pretty clean and are quick to take care of any issue and always are doing giveaways I really like it here and plan on staying and making this my home for at least a few years! Highly recommend if you are looking for a clean, well-maintained property!

  I have been living here with my wife since 2019. Love the living space. For the amount of sq ft available here, in comparison to the available market for a 2 bedroom, prices are def comparable. Maintenance responds quickly, and any issues I’ve ever heard are resolved in a timely manner. Stephanie, the manager as well as Gilbert have been an absolute pleasure to work with!

  As a first-time renter, my experience has been great! From the application process all the way to scheduling maintenance, the management team has been very professional and responsive! My wife and I were lucky enough to find a unit within our budget and we have had a great time living in this community. Niles, Gil, and Stephanie have been a pleasure to work with.

  When we were looking for apartments, what interested us initially was the price-friendliness of renting here. I made an appointment to take a tour the next day. Gil was awesome from the get-go! He was so nice and answered any question I had during my tour (and after during signing)! He made the process unbelievably easy and still is very helpful. The leasing office is updated and has secure package pick-up, the gym is nice to use for a run or light workout, pool is nice to sit out during the summer with a book. We've made some friends at the dog park as well! The renovated units bring the apartments into this day and age, and maintenance responds to a service request within hours or the very next day at the latest. We are super happy to be here and see no reason to look elsewhere!
