He was very thorough with explaining his cleaning process and how to treat the carpeting after completion. Pat took care of about 4 rooms in our finished basement and it took less than 2 hours. I am really over baring on who works on my car as I usually am the one to work on it, however I was out and needed to switch out my battery and did not have my tools.
