I learned so much about my injury, and healed way beyond my own expectations because of this therapy. I started out by not even being able to turn my wrist enough to wash my hair in the shower after getting 7 screws and a plate put in my wrist to actually lifting weights and going back to my high intensity interval training. Thank you Mark, for keeping me positive through this whole process, getting me back into my normal routine again and even becoming one of my friends.
