I cannot express enough how glad I am to have been able to work with Dr. Brian Damhoff! He was personable, professional and thorough in his assessment and treatment. He showed me so many functional exercises and the value of core strength. I am a better person physically, emotionally and spiritually because of his expertise!

Had a great experience with Dr. Brian. I came in with shoulder soreness / weakness that I couldn't fix through rest and needed a better way. I went in discouraged and certain that I would never be able to throw a ball, sleep soundly, and many other things that I was told I wasn't going to be able to do. Through just a few treatments, I was able to do everything I was told I wasn't going to be able. Dr. Damhoff was friendly and encouraging and truly played a huge role in my recovery.

I didn't think I had many options after I pulled my calf, but Dr. Brian got me back on track. He is truly a master of his craft.

Coming from the same run club as Dr Brian and knowing he had helped others in the club, I went to see him because of left glute pain I was experiencing post runs. I was about to transition into a training plan with higher weekly miles that I was used to, and wanted to get the problem sorted out. What I liked about Dr. Brian is that he not only figured out what the problem was, but he also was able to tell me why it happened. Through ART therapy, and some daily stretches and excercises, after only a couple appointments, I was released from his care completely pain free and able to run the miles laid out for me in my plan.
