(July 4, 2017, 2:28 pm)I have been going to Natural Motivations for about 3 years now with Dr. Tara has been with me throughout my weight loss journey and has always given me input about the struggles I go through daily. We usually brew some coffee or tea and sit back in the couch and start the session - I was on a hiatus from seeing Dr. Tara due to my work schedule but I am super excited to start up again with her and see her on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. She allows you to speak your mind and your thoughts whether it is happy go lucky or pissed off - she will help you navigate the origin of your feelings and what makes you feel this way or that. I highly recommend Dr. Tara for anybody who struggles with anxiety, stress, body issues or just needing somebody to listen to them when they feel like the world isn't - Dr. Tara is.
